This is a fully personalised session focused on your work, your challenges, and your client results not a generic training course.
During your session, we will:
- Analyse your current lash or brow work
- Identify what’s causing poor retention, uneven results, or lack of consistency
- Refine your technique across treatments (lash lifts, brows, styling, corrections)
- Adjust product choices, timings, and application methods
- Troubleshoot specific client cases you’re struggling with
This session is ideal for artists who:
- Feel stuck with inconsistent results
- Have trained before but still lack confidence
- Want to refine and personalise their treatments
- Are ready to elevate their work and charge higher prices

A full intensive session combining theory and hands-on work.
We go deeper into:
- Technique refinement across lash and brow treatments
- Correcting bad habits and weak points
- Working on live models (if applicable)
- Building a more advanced, customised approach per client

Terms & Conditions – Mentoring Sessions
By booking a mentoring session, you agree to the following terms:
📅 Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.
No booking is confirmed without full payment.
❌ Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 3 days notice is required.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 3 days notice will result in the session being forfeited.
🔄 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once with adequate notice (minimum 3 days).
Any further changes may require a new booking.
⏰ Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
Time will not be extended.
📸 Pre-Session Requirements
You must submit your focus topics and any required photos at least 5–7 days before your session (you will have an email link sent).
Failure to do so may result in a less structured session and reduced value.
No refunds will be given if you attend unprepared.
📚 Mentoring Scope
These sessions are designed for guidance, refinement, and education based on professional experience.
Results are dependent on your own practice and implementation.
No guarantees are made regarding business income or treatment outcomes.
👩🎓 Professional Conduct
You are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the session.
Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the session being terminated without refund.
📵 Recording & Content
Sessions may not be recorded without prior permission.
All content shared during mentoring is for your personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or taught to others.
🧍 Models (if applicable)
If a model is required, it is your responsibility to arrange one unless agreed otherwise.
Location
- Mentoring sessions are based in Merthyr Tydfil
- If you request mentoring at an alternative location, this may be accommodated at my discretion (please message before booking)
- Travel sessions will incur an additional fee, which will be confirmed prior to booking
- Any travel costs must be paid in advance along with your deposit
