Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Your Lash Education we want every student to feel confident in their training investment. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking any course or mentoring session.

1. Course Bookings

All bookings require either full payment or a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.
Once a booking is confirmed, that space is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If full payment has been made, the deposit portion will still be non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before your course date.

  • Requests made more than 14 days in advance may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability).

  • Requests made within 14 days of the course date cannot be transferred or refunded, as your space and materials have already been prepared.

For online courses, once course access has been granted, no refunds or exchanges are available.

3. No-Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled training without notice, no refund or reschedule will be provided.

4. Cancellations by Lucy’s Beauty Courses

In the unlikely event that Lucy’s Beauty Courses must cancel or postpone a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a full refund of any payments made.

5. Mentoring Sessions

Private mentoring sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within 10–14 working days.
