A deposit is taken when your booking is made and is a non-refundable deposit. We have a 14 day cancellation policy which means that you can still cancel or reschedule your course date up to 14 days before your course (please bear in mind £150 deposit is non-refundable).

The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior the course taking place via link on email. Of course we understand things come up last minute, however as the course gets booked in advance - we kindly ask you give as much notice as possible if you can't attend. Short notice cancellations can't always be filled again.
