Course Overview
Morning
9:00am - theory, product knowledge, Q&A's
1:00pm - Lunch/ coffee break (snacks, coffee, teas and waters included)
1:30pm - Live demonstration
3pm - Model practice - hands on practical for the students
5:30pm - Certificate's and Q&A's
6pm - Finish (please bare in mind the course can go on later)

Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of £150 is taken when the booking is made and is a non-refundable deposit.
- We have a 14 day cancellation policy which means that you can still cancel or reschedule your course date up to 14 days before your course (please bare in mind £150 deposit is non-refundable).
- The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior the course taking place via link on email.
- Of course we understand things come up last minute, however as the course gets booked in advance - we kindly ask you give as much notice as possible if you can't attend. Short notice cancellations can't always be filled again.
